milvip Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "milvip" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated at milvip.net and associated domains.
• "Account" means a registered player account opened with milvip in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's milvip Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" means all products available via milvip including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant-win titles, and any promotional offerings.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagerable outcome offered by milvip.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by milvip which are subject to additional wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the milvip account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent button, or by simply using any milvip Service, you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is entered into between you and milvip as of the date you first access the Platform.

milvip reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of milvip Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a milvip Account or use any milvip Service. milvip strictly enforces this requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Account holder cannot satisfactorily verify that they are 18 or older. Any funds in an Account closed for age verification failure may be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using milvip Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. milvip does not make any representation that its Services are legal in all locations. Pakistani users bear full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and their respective provincial or local jurisdiction prior to and during use of milvip.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is entitled to hold only one (1) milvip Account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened under false identities, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions placed on a prior account are strictly prohibited. milvip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the milvip Account registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

milvip operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem appropriate, we may require you to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milvip Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other service, particularly not for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any banking application;
• Log out of your milvip Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify milvip support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

milvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All bets and transactions placed from your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified milvip of a security breach.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

milvip currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). milvip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at milvip is Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Mobile wallet transactions (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are subject to the wallet provider's own per-transaction and daily limits. Bank transfer limits are subject to your bank's standard transfer policies. milvip may impose additional deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls.

5.3 Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your milvip Balance immediately upon successful approval in your mobile wallet app. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank processing times and may take 1–3 business days to reflect. milvip is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your milvip Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. milvip complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. milvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your milvip Account. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

milvip may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all milvip promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn;
• milvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

8. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on milvip are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published within the betting section of the platform:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in your milvip Balance at the time of placement;
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• milvip reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error);
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the current price available at the moment the bet request is processed, which may differ from the price displayed due to market fluctuations;
• milvip reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict betting markets for any individual Account at its sole discretion.

9. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available through milvip Casino are governed by the rules of the respective game studio providing the title. Players are advised to review game-specific rules before placing any wager. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session. milvip does not manipulate the outcome of any casino game — all RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milvip platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting strategies or syndicate betting activity designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to circumvent anti-money laundering controls;
• Opening accounts under false identities or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Any activity designed to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions including self-exclusion.

11. Responsible Gaming

milvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from every milvip Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after specified play durations;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your milvip Account. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the milvip platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, and game content — is the property of milvip or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use milvip Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of milvip content is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the milvip platform. milvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by milvip's gross negligence.

14. Amendments to these Terms

milvip may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the milvip platform. Your continued use of milvip Services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of milvip Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through milvip's customer support process. milvip operates in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gaming laws in Pakistan are evolving and accept sole responsibility for monitoring and complying with current applicable legislation in their jurisdiction.
